All plants are labelled to the best of our knowledge. We make no warranties as to the productiveness of any plant. Our responsibility is limited to the purchase price only.

All our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail/Express Mail unless other shipping services are requested by the customer. We reserve the right to hold shipping until weather permits. Additional tax, and shipping and packing charges (20% of purchase order) will be added accordingly. In the unlikely event that your order should arrive damaged, inmediately file a claim with the carrier and secure a damage inspection report. Notify Soroa Orchids of all actions taken.
